Bundle Classes & Nutrition
We start by setting up the essential habits that will support your long-term success. In this phase, we focus on creating routines for exercise, nutrition, and a positive mindset. By embedding these habits into your everyday life, you’ll be well-equipped to handle any challenges and start seeing meaningful progress. This groundwork ensures that the changes you make are sustainable and natural.
With your foundations in place, it's time to move forward with confidence. This phase is all about taking consistent, purposeful steps toward your goals. You’ll find joy in the journey as you become more assured in your actions and see tangible results. This is where you start to truly enjoy and appreciate the process of transformation.
The final phase is about making your success last. Unlike many programs that end once you hit your goals, we focus on helping you maintain your achievements effortlessly. You’ll learn how to integrate more variety into your diet while staying true to your new habits. This phase is about living freely, enjoying social events, and embracing a balanced lifestyle without falling back into restrictive dieting patterns.
Our small group classes are held in 10 week blocks and have a maximum of 12 ladies in each class, so we have more time to focus on you! There are many time slots available for you to choose from to suit your schedule. Workouts during these classes include circuits, HIIT, boxing, weights, and partner or team activities.
All of our classes can be tailored to suit pre/postnatal exercises for all new or expecting Mum’s who are cleared for exercise. We’ll work on connection breath, core work, strength training, and general fitness. There is no running or jumping included and we are always there to help you with alternate exercises depending on what you’re capable of.

If group sessions don’t suit you or you’d like our undivided attention,
we offer private sessions which cater to you and your individual goals.
Looking to share the cost with your friends?
No problem! We also offer private 2:1 and 3:1 sessions.Private sessions can run for 30 minutes, 45 minutes, or 60 minutes.
