Our small group classes have a maximum of 14 ladies in each class, so we have more time to focus on you! There are many time slots available for you to choose from to suit your schedule. Workouts during these classes include circuits, HIIT, boxing, weights, and partner or team activities.
All of our classes can be tailored to suit pre/postnatal exercises for all new or expecting Mum’s who are cleared for exercise. We’ll work on connection breath, core work, strength training, and general fitness. There is no running or jumping included and we are always there to help you with alternate exercises depending on what you’re capable of.
